Sponsorship/Request for Transportation Services

Due to the overwhelming number of donation requests we receive, we give preference to organizations that meet our charitable mission and current Village Travel clients. We also will consider proposals organizations that provide promotional opportunities in exchange for a discount or donation of the services.

Please note that in order to process this request, trip information must be provided as indicated below. Requests should be submitted 8 weeks in advance in order for our team to review the request, the team meets regularly to review requests.

This form must be completed in its entirety. Once you have done so, please make sure to click the submit button. Please note that you will receive an automated response acknowledging receipt of the request. If the request is approved, you will be notified.
