If you live 50 miles or more from Wichita, Oklahoma City, or Tulsa and have reservations for a five-day or longer tour, Village Tours will arrange subsidized lodging for you at your expense. The pre-negotiated hotel rate is only $30.00 per person (for one night). For tours that are four days or shorter in length, a flat rate of $85.00 per room is available to you. Make your pre-tour lodging reservation with Village and we will be happy to provide you with the hotel location information.
