Auction/Fundraiser Donation Requests

Village Tours and Travel has supported hundreds of charities and nonprofit organizations in the region since its founding in 1980. Due to the overwhelming number of request we receive, we give preference to organizations that meet our chartable mission as well as current Village Tours and Travel clients.

To facilitate this process, we have moved to a new online process for auction or other fundraiser donation requests — we no longer accept requests by mail, phone or fax. To request a donation for your event, please fill out the form below.

DONATION REQUESTS MUST BE RECEIVED AT LEAST 8 WEEKS BEFORE THE DATE OF THE EVENT.

This form must be completed in its entirety. Once you have done so, please make sure that click the submit button and you will receive an automated response acknowledging receipt of the request.

Submission of the form does not guarantee a donation. Our team meets regularly to review all requests, if your request is approved you will receive an email with further instructions.
